My hats off to the IT Team that designed this site. If as much care and information is put into your work as you do with your website, all I've got to say is you must have one helluva' business. I have been in real estate for over 20 years and have worked all over the state. I had my own franchise office in Lansing with another Realtor for 15 years. We were mainly in development. We had 6 agents working for us when development went the way of the cuckoo bird. I found myselfneeding another avenue. You cant do the same old same old and survive. A week doesnt go by that Roger doesnt come up with a new idea-big or small. He always makes sure it is something we all want to try. Ifwe arent aboard he will pass. He recognizes that you need the whole team to make it happen. Roger always has time for you and your thoughts. Last but not least Roger encourages you on your own to build your own business model get your own sales get your own listings and let what he gives you be the frosting on the cake.
